NONETO 09

The setting of this new project is inspired on “Birth of the Cool” album with Miles Davis, which in 2017 completes its 60th release anniversary.

All the arrangements (in which I chose using oboe instead of trumpet) and eight of the compositions were written by Rogerio. 

The remaining three compositions of this CD are Brazilian standards written by three Brazilian major composers: Agua de Beber (Tom Jobim), Berimbau (Baden Powell) and Vatapá (Dorival Caymmi).
